By hosting the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing and supporting local charities, we’re boosting the economic vitality of the region and quality of life for all. The most recent economic impact study shows the PGA TOUR event had a significant impact during Tournament week, April 15-21, 2024:
- Direct spending: $106.6 million
- Jobs supported: 1,161
- Net state and local government revenues: $8 million
- Total impact: $134.9 million
It just keeps getting better
This survey was the sixth conducted for the Heritage Classic Foundation and clearly outlines that the tournament has steadily increased its impact on South Carolina’s economy.
