Thirteen outstanding seniors were named Heritage Classic Foundation Scholars in 2009.
Fifty-five Beaufort County collegians are currently receiving Foundation grants from this program at an expenditure of $257,500. A grand total of $2,050,250 has been awarded to 192 students since the program began in 1993.
Palmetto Electric sponsors the awards luncheon each year.
