The Heritage Classic Foundation invites you to join the Heritage Champions Fore Charity—a philanthropic initiative designed to grow our charitable impact throughout the region. The goal of this exclusive program is to increase the charitable dollars generated by the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing in an effort to provide year round support to the nonprofit organizations in our communities. Patrons of the Heritage Champions Fore Charity program will receive exclusive benefits for their generous contributions and have the select ability to purchase Heritage Champions Club Credentials for the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing.
PATRON DESIGNATION • $1,000+
For each individual contribution of $1,000 or more to the Heritage Classic Foundation, you or your company will be named a Patron of the Heritage Champions Fore Charity. As a Patron, you may designate a qualifying charity* to receive your tax-deductible donation.
The Heritage Classic Foundation will also provide a 20% match to your donation, up to $5,000, further enhancing your charitable contribution.

• Two invitations to the reception hosted by the Heritage Classic Foundation on Thursday evening, April 18, at the Harbour Town Conference Center
• Recognition in the official Spectator Guide
• Reserved seating for two in the Opening Ceremony Skybox
• 20% off the purchase of up to four Clubhouse or Grounds badges
• 20% discount year-round for food in the restaurants owned by The Sea Pines Resort, and for soft goods at the golf course pro shops at Harbour Town Golf Links and the Golf Club at Sea Pines (Ocean and Heron Point)
• Ability to purchase one Heritage Champions Club Credentials package for each $1,000 Patron donation

For each $1,000 donation, Patrons of the Heritage Champions Fore Charity may purchase one Heritage Champions Club Credentials package with the following additional benefits:
• Heritage Champions Club Credentials for two people to the RBC Heritage Golf Tournament, with exclusive access to a Heritage Champions Club hospitality dining venue, including food, beverages and full bar, overlooking the 18th tee
• Access to the Heritage Classic Foundation hospitality venue at the Heritage House, including full bar, on the 10th fairway
• Access to the Heritage Champions Club/Heritage Classic Foundation Skybox on hole #16
• One parking pass to VIP lot #10
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What is the Heritage Champions Fore Charity Program?
Heritage Champions Fore Charity is an exciting new initiative of the Heritage Classic Foundation (HCF) to favorably impact the charitable giving associated with the RBC Heritage presented by Boeing. It’s goal is to increase the HCF’s year round impact in our local and regional communities and throughout the state of South Carolina.
Who can participate?
Individuals or companies may participate by making a direct contribution to the HCF in the minimum amount of $1,000. The HCF reserves the right to review and reject donations for any reason.
Why should I participate in this program?
The HCF will enhance donations with a 20% match to the approved charity of your choice. The program was designed for those who through their charitable contribution wish to make a significant impact. As a member of this program you will receive the exclusive designation as a Patron of the Heritage Champions Fore Charity. Participation in this program does not preclude involvement in the Birdies for Charity program, which occurs each year in April during the RBC Heritage.
What is considered an approved charity?
Qualifying charities are listed on www.heritageclassicfoundation.com and are included in this packet of information.
Can I donate directly to the Heritage Classic Foundation?
Yes, your donation will be included in the HCF’s overall charitable giving plan.
Is there a limit on how much I can contribute?
There is no limit on your donation but only the first $5,000 will receive the 20% match within a calendar year. There is a limit on the matching money to any single organization and the number of patrons who can participate. The gift must be a donation. The patron cannot receive goods or services in return.
Can I apportion my donation to different charities?
Participants may designate the approved charities that receive the donation with a maximum of two charities for each $1,000 donation. For example, Charity A may receive $750 and Charity B may receive $250.
What if a charity that I am interested in supporting is not on the list?
If the charity of your choice is not listed on our webpage, it will be subject to approval by the HCF.
Is there a specific open period for accepting donations and distributing them to the designated charities?
Donations for this program will be accepted year round. All donations will be sent to your specified charity within 30 days of receipt of the donation. The HCF anticipates distributing the matching grant no later than 60 days after the RBC Heritage tournament.
Are there other benefits for participating in this program?
Yes! For each donation of $1,000, the Patron may choose to purchase Heritage Champions Club Credentials for the RBC Heritage Presented by Boeing.
Is there a deadline for receiving 2013 RBC Heritage amenities?
The HCF must receive your donation by 3.15.13 to be listed in the official Spectator Guide and to receive 20% off Clubhouse and Grounds Badges.
Does the HCF have another giving program through which I can participate?
Yes. The Birdies for Charity program allows individuals to pledge a donation prior to the week of our annual golf tournament. More information can be found on www.heritageclassicfoundation.com or by contacting the HCF staff.
QUALIFYING CHARITIES
If you wish to designate another charity for your Patron donation, the Heritage Classic Foundation Charities Committee must approve the charity. The Heritage Classic Foundation reserves the right to not accept a donation for any reason.
